I am excited to announce to the students of Florida’s 4th Congressional district that the Congressional App Challenge, a competition designed to encourage student participation in computer science and coding, will take place from June 5 to November 1, 2019.
Congressman John Rutherford’s office is currently accepting applications for internships in his Washington, D.C. and Jacksonville, FL office.
The Congressional Award is the United States Congress’ highest honor for young Americans. It is a non-partisan, voluntary, award program open to all 14-23 year olds in the U.S. Participants can earn Bronze, Silver and Gold Congressional Award Certificates and/or Medals. Each level involves setting goals in four areas: voluntary public service, personal development, physical fitness, and expedition/exploration.
