WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, Congressman John Rutherford (FL-05) and Representative Josh Gottheimer (NJ-05) relaunched the bipartisan Crohn’s and Colitis Caucus in the 118th Congress. Both Representatives Rutherford and Gottheimer will serve as co-chairs of the caucus, which is dedicated to educating Congress and the American public on Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, collectively known as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).

WASHINGTON, D.C – Today, U.S. Representatives John Rutherford (FL-04) and Al Lawson (FL-05) introduced the Keep Children and Families Safe From Lead Hazards Act. This legislation requires that the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) assess annually the risks of lead-based hazards on housing properties receiving federal rental assistance.
